Any additional services beyond the agreed scope shall be subject to new terms and charges.

3. Fees, Payments, and Maintenance Policy

• All payments must be made in the currency and manner specified in the invoice or agreement.
• Yearly Maintenance Fees: Clients must pay 100% of the yearly maintenance charges upfront. This payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Taxes, levies, or duties imposed by applicable authorities shall be borne by the client.

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the delivery of services.
• Clients are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, accounts, and data shared with Golden Lion Services.
• Any misuse of our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes is strictly prohibited.

All deliverables, content, software, graphics, and materials developed by Golden Lion Services remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients may receive limited, non-transferable usage rights for their business purposes only. Clients may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without prior written approval.

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Golden Lion Services does not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, or business results unless explicitly stated in writing. We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In cases of client default, late payments, or breach of these Terms, Golden Lion Services may suspend or terminate services immediately. No refunds will be issued for yearly maintenance fees or other upfront payments.

Golden Lion Services shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, internet outages, strikes, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Udham Singh Nagar, Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India.

Golden Lion Services reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
